The Lobster Man thinks it was put there by aliens. I say the government installed them to monitor the radiation levels during the 60's when we were to have all the nuclear wars.

i think its suppose to be a lamp post lol. check it out at night time and see if it lights up. where is this contraption located? the intersection doesn't look familiar.

Thats a digital helgonomic angarometer or DHA. They use it to steady frequencies between radio transmitters cuz if they dont the radio waves will make all the retarded people in the immediate vicinity go insane and start eating people.
